On January 7th, a series of wildfires started in Los Angeles County and have now spread throughout the region, leading to unprecedented damage and structure loss.

To date, 10 lives have been lost, nearly 40,000 acres have burned, and 10,000 structures have been destroyed, with many losing nearly everything they have worked their entire lives for.

The California Fire Foundation works with local fire agencies and community-based organizations to provide direct financial support to impacted residents as well as emotional and financial assistance, the firefighters and their families.
